Under the annual contracts stipulated with companies in the sector, we operate in maintenance activities for service audits for industrial process plants.

We offer: Emergency Interventions, and Maintenance Interventions. Maintenance: Preventive, Ordinary, Periodic and Predictive. We have our own vehicles and a fleet of suitable instruments. The vast experience gained in the field allows us to face the various planned technical interventions in peace and security. We carry out plant lay-outs and customized reports for intervention report forms.

Hot Runners and Moulds Maintenence

C.C. ELETTRONICA S.r.l. the service of repair, overhaul and maintenance of hot rooms The activities include the cleaning of the hot room and the mechanical, electrical and functional activities.

The reconditioned rooms are equipped with new heating elements and new thermocouples, both for the nozzles and for the solid wood. We offer the mold test service. In the event that it is not possible to repair / overhaul the hot chamber under examination, we are able to evaluate and offer the appropriate replacement
